Subscription Terms

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

STANDARD MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

With a standard monthly subscription your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis and service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. After each successful payment, your license will automatically extended for another month. Your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Because there is not a 12 month contract in place, your monthly rate is subject to change. You will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting Customer Support in your region.

After you enter your payment details and process the payment, you will have immediate access to your software. Click the Download Software button at the end of your purchase, which will take you to the software download page.

A standard monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Please note that there will be NO REFUNDS. Your software will continue to work for the remainder of the month. Once you cancel, your credit card will no longer be charged.

You cannot restart a cancelled subscription or one that has had a payment disruption, however you can re-subscribe at any time by logging into your SAi Cloud account and clicking Manage Subscriptions.

There are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a dispute, chargeback or refund is initiated by your bank or credit card company or by you as a customer, and you have not contacted SAi first to resolve, your license may be subject to permanent cancellation and your software will be voided indefinitely.

DISCOUNT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH A 12 MONTH COMMITMENT

When you sign up for a subscription with 12 month commitment, your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis for the duration of 12 months. Prior to the end of your 12 month commitment, you will be reminded via email that your subscription will be renewed for another 12 months. Cancellations prior to the end of your 12 month commitment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 (billed to the credit card on file). Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes every month for the duration of your contract. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.

If you want to extend your subscription with another 12 months, you do not need to take any action. Without cancellation of the autorenewal, your subscription will automatically be extended for another 12 month term at the discounted price.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS, PREPAID

Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms. Should you cancel, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

With an annual subscription, your credit card will be charged on a yearly basis for the full amount of the annual subscription. At the end of the year, your credit card will be charged again, and the subscription will renew for another year. This process will be repeated automatically every year until you cancel your subscription.

To cancel an annual subscription, click Manage Subscriptions and Choose Cancel Subscription. You can cancel an annual subscription at any time during the year. The subscription will continue to run for the rest of the year you have already paid for.

There are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a dispute, chargeback or refund is initiated by your bank or credit card company or by you as customer, and you have not contacted SAi first to resolve, your license may be subject to permanent cancellation and your software will be voided indefinitely

PRICES

SAi reserves the right to change prices. You will be notified of any price changes before the next billing cycle, giving you the opportunity to cancel should you so desire.
